•We ship our items in custom built wooden crates for maximum protection during transit, unlike our competitors who ship only on palettes. Because of this, we have a 97% rate of successful deliveries to our customers. Check out the image below to see how we crate our statues.

How Shipping Works

•We use several TOP RATED Carriers to ship with.
•Freight Carriers will typically contact you with an ETA for drop off. Please expect a 4 hour window. Carriers deliver Monday-Friday, during normal business hours.
•Due to the large size of some of our items, we can offer additional services to assist you when unloading.
•Freight Carriers are not required to help you unload your items. Please let us know ahead of time if you need assistance unloading, and we can arrange that service for you.
•Freight Carriers will not dispose of packaging material.

Our Return Policy

•There is a 25% Restocking Fee for items that are Approved for Returns.
•All approved returns should be in original condition with original packaging and paperwork within 30 Days.
•Non-Approved returns WILL NOT be accepted.
•Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if item is refused
•ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
•ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
•Orders CAN NOT be cancelled if item is in transit.
•All shipping and freight charges are at the expense of the customer.
•Please refer to your invoice for additional information.
